Our agency was founded in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1991 by Mike McCarthy and Ted Stevenot to serve the needs of small businesses.

In general, group health insurance firms tend to gravitate toward larger accounts as they expand their block of business. However, from the very beginning, McCarthy Stevenot Agency, Inc.’s goal has been to add value by bringing large-group service to smaller employers in our local area.

Systematic Service

To accomplish this goal, we developed systems that enable us to provide quality service to a greater number of smaller accounts. Today, we serve our many small group health insurance accounts through a combination of systematic outreach, service segmentation, and technology.
