Privacy Policy & Do Not Call Policy
The privacy of our clients’ personal information is important to us, and we are always bound by professional standards of confidentiality. However, we are required by law to formally inform you of our privacy policy.
Legal Authority to Collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Our agency provides life and health insurance brokerage services to help individuals and organizations learn about, compare, apply for, and secure insurance coverage. Authorized Uses and Disclosures of PII
We use and disclose PII only as necessary to provide our professional services on your behalf or as required by law. Access to client PII is restricted to those within our firm who need it to deliver these services.
Voluntary or Mandatory Requests for PII
Requests for PII may be either mandatory or voluntary, as required by applicable law or as stipulated in contractual provisions.
Effects of Non-Disclosure of PII
Failure to disclose the requested or required PII may result in adverse consequences, such as inaccurate proposals, refusal of applications, policy cancellation, loss of coverage, or policy rescission.
